Our Salary Extras platform is designed and built in-house to ISO 27001 security standards to support the needs of both employers and their employees. It provides an excellent user-friendly experience without comprising on security.

We develop and manage our suite of employee benefits to support a wide range of needs. And by carefully managing any benefit providers to meet our high standards, we can ensure you receive a service that is second to none.

 

We’ll work closely with you to understand your requirements fully. Our implementation team will project manage your launch and will co-ordinate with relevant personnel within your company and with your other benefits providers to ensure everything runs smoothly for you.

Our experience in working with various payroll systems means we are able to fully understand what’s involved and ensure our data feeds are compatible with your needs.

Our team of experienced Customer Service advisors are on hand to provide all the back up that you and your employees may need. They’ll also provide you with on-going support to help you to review the success of your schemes and develop your package.

Salary Exchange has been built around providing excellent customer service. Our service levels are monitored against strict KPIs to ensure that we always provide a high quality service. We’ll tailor our service around your business needs to ensure you have the perfect solution for you.

For those employees without access to a computer, our Customer Service team are available to answer any queries and manage all benefits enrolments by telephone. Your employees don’t need to have an email address to register on the site.

We can set up a dedicated telephone line for your employees with a greeting tailored to your company, to give your employees an enhanced level of service.

Our Customer Service team will take ownership of any calls and will speak to relevant people on your behalf or on behalf of your employees, so there’s just one point of contact. The team will also support by providing contact details of any of your other providers if the query is something they are unable to answer.

Our team of marketing professionals and designers can support you with a range of printed and electronic communications and the set up of QR codes to support the launch and promotion of your benefits package to your employees. We can work with you to set up a 12 month communications plan to ensure you’re maximising your employee engagement throughout the year.

We are happy to work with your established company branding or create bespoke branding for your benefits package and for all your HR communications if you wish.

With some of our most successful clients, we’ve even gone on to design and produce a range of company documents such as newsletters, mailings, HR manuals and greetings cards, helping them to create a complete professional and joined up feel to all their HR communications.
